Ted was employed by the Chicago Park District for over 30 years. His last 20 years he was an Attendant for West Pullman Park. Per his co-workers, Ted went above and beyond on all of his assignments. He used frequent alarms to keep him on schedule and when he didn't have what he needed to get the job done, he often would pull a "MacGyver". Ted enjoyed his interactions with the staff and many of the patrons, including the children, seniors and all of the special needs group. They were truly his second family.
