Uncle Art will forever be a legend in my book. How many people can say that their uncle gave them two ponies when they were a kid? Uncle Art was a man of great faith and will be missed by many. My
heart is with all of my dear Janecke cousins in this time of sorrow.

    To my favorite cousins,
My heart is so sad for the loss to our family of your Dad and our Uncle. I will always remember him w/his pipe in tow, a big grin on his face and always laughing when he was w/us. When the Janecke's
got together it was nothing but fun! I will never forget "Roll out the Barrel"& "Happy Days are here again" for the rest of my life!" We were all blessed to have had such a wonderful Uncle in our
lives. He made going to your home one of the best adventures that I will never forget, well except for "duck soup". "Gross!" I don't know how they ate that stuff? The Polish Party of the Old Gang has
now started in Heaven so don't be surprised if you here those old songs ringing in your head.
God bless you all, know that I love you and that I send my prayers for God Peace to each and everyone one of you. What a sweet man Uncle Art was and I will truly miss him. Thanks for the love Uncle
Art* Love always and enjoy the gang in Heaven* Your niece, Paula Janecke Smith

My sincere condolences on the loss of your Father and Grandfather. He was our family doctor back in the 50's, 60's, and 70's and the best doctor we ever had.

I will never forget how Uncle Art would say, "Saddle Up" when it was time for his family to get back in the Station wagon and head home after a visit on our farm. He was a Colorful, Fun and
Wonder-Filled Man. What a Character! We looked forward to every visit knowing that when the "Brothers" got together, FUN would follow! Knowing how his family was raised, Uncle Art created
opportunities to better himself and made a great life for his family. What Great Character! He will be missed in ALL of our lives until that day when we hear the call from Our Heavenly Father,
"Saddle Up. It's time to head home."

To all you Janeckes - A rememberance from Grama Jung. We were the horsey side of your family and we all loved the fun we had together. May Art & Marion now have their party in heaven. They are
    together at last!
