Alex James Kirrin, M.D.

Alex James Kirrin, M.D. Beloved husband of Zarin (nee Alavi) Kirrin. Loving father of Lisa, Laura and Mark (Yvette) Kirrin. Proud grandfather of Isabella, James, Mia and Maxwell. Alex was an undergraduate at Loyola University, served his medical schooling at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium and completed his internship at the Cook County Hospital. He was a practicing physician in pediatrics for nearly 40 years on the south side, affiliated with both Little Company of Mary and Christ Advocate Hospitals. Visitation Tuesday, November 20th from 4 until 10 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, November 21st 9:30 a.m. prayers from the Kerry Funeral Home to Saint Alexander Church, Mass time 10:00 a.m. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
