Anna Toscas (nee Korbakis), of Palos Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 16, 2025, at the age of 90. As the cherished matriarch of a large extended Greek family, she was a strong, resilient, graceful woman of integrity with a heart of gold.
Beloved wife of the late Zeno James Toscas.
Loving mother of Margie Mehas (Peter), John Z. Toscas (Ann), Mychal J. Toscas, Kathy Toscas, Angelo J. Toscas (Kelley) , George Z. Toscas (Jaclyn), and Merry Toscas.
Proud grandmother of Staci, Zeno, Michelle, Zeno, Mychal, Britney, Thad, Anna, John, Bennett, and Reese.
Cherished great-grandmother of Nick, Sicilia, Nicholas, Anthony, Marli, Jax, Zeno, Casey, Theo, Kennedy, Ella, and Ava.
Dear sister of the late Marie, William, Peter and Anthony.
Adoring aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Good friend to many, including her “best girlfriend” Elaine.
