David M. Krizka, Sr. Beloved husband of Velma (nee Iturralde) for 32 years. Loving father of Catherine, David II, Angelica, Elizabeth. Cherished son of Frances (nee Stauber) and the late George Krizka. Dear brother of George (Laurie), Allen (Julie), Denise, Martin Sr (Lucienne), Kayne, and Christopher. Adoring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Highly regarded by countless friends. Member of the Knights of Columbus, past president and long time member of Builders Tee Club. Musician for 47 years, serving as music director and cantor for the Archdiocese of Chicago, Nativity of Our Lord and All Saints – St. Anthony Parishes. Alumnus of Archbishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary, Richard J. Daley College, and St. Xavier University. An avid bowler, golfer and fisherman. Family and friends will gather Sunday, July 16th for a visitation from 2:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Loretto Church, 8925 South Kostner Avenue, Hometown. Family and friends will gather Monday, July 17th for a 10:30 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Loretto Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
