In Loving Memory of Diane Piloni-Rodriguez

July 28, 1970 – October 26, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Diane Piloni-Rodriguez, who passed away on October 26, 2026.

Diane was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, Yeya, and friend. She was a woman of deep faith, a generous heart, and a selflessness that touched the lives of so many. She cared deeply for others and was the kind of person who would help anyone in need without ever expecting anything in return. Giving of herself came naturally to Diane. It was simply who she was, and the love and kindness she shared will never be forgotten.

Diane was a devoted Catholic whose faith was an important part of her life. She sent her beloved daughter, Michelle, to St. Walter School and cherished attending church together with Michelle and Nona. Her faith, family and her friends were at the heart of so much of what she did.

Diane also had a special love for volunteering and giving back to her community. She especially enjoyed helping with school functions and events. Even after Michelle graduated, Diane continued to volunteer whenever she could, whether helping at concessions or lending a hand at other school activities. She never needed recognition for what she did. If someone needed help and she was able to give it, she was there.

Diane is survived by her loving daughter, Michelle Rodriguez Piloni (Andres); her mother, Gema Piloni Orlanzino; and her siblings, Luis Piloni (Ali), Felix Piloni (Maija), and Gina Sanchez (Ivan).

She is preceded in death by her father, Manuel Piloni Bortolini.

Diane was lovingly known as Yeya to Ivan, Christian, Olivia, Sofi, Isabella, Lola, Magdeline, and Angelina. Each of them will carry their own special memories of her and the love she shared with them.

Some of the most cherished memories of Yeya were the simple, happy moments spent together. Diane loved taking everyone to Beggars Pizza and stopping for one of her favorites, Andy's Custard. These little outings were more than just trips for pizza or a sweet treat; they were moments of togetherness that became lasting family memories.

Diane gave so much of herself to the people around her. Whether through her faith, her devotion to her daughter, her willingness to volunteer, or her instinct to help anyone in need, she showed her love through her actions. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.

Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind, the lives she touched, and the love that will continue to live on through her family and friends. Diane will never be forgotten. Her kindness, generosity, faith, and loving spirit will remain with us always.

Following Mass, Diane’s final wishes for cremation will be honored.

Forever loved, forever missed, and always in our hearts.
