Dorothy K. Robson (nee Groetsema), Dorothy devoted her life to the role of homemaker, not so much because she saw it as being ‘a woman’s place,’ but rather because she saw it as possessing a worth and dignity equal to anything that human beings can accomplish in this world. Beloved wife of the late Robert Robson. Loving mother of Jill (Dennis) Damrow, R. Scott (Joan) Robson, Mark (Debbie) Robson & Lori (Bill) Innocenti. Proud grandmother of Carrie (Brad), Matt, Craig (Amy), Scott (Caitlin), Phil, Katy (John), Tim & Bo. Cherished great grandmother of Kylie, Jenna, Logan, Sadie, Dominick, Macklin, Cameron & Kyler. Devoted daughter of the late: John & Edna (nee Hahn) Groetsema. Dear sister of the late: George, John & Gilbert. Kind aunt of many nieces & nephews. Family & Friends will gather Saturday, May 20th from 9 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 7800 W. McCarthy Road, Palos Heights.
