John H. "Jay" Mulhern, August 10, 1941, age 83, a resident since 1972 of Flossmoor, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025. 1963 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Army veteran. Beloved husband of the late Margaret J. “Marge” Mulhern (nee Murphy), married on August 1, 1970. Dear father of John (Jennifer) Mulhern and Brian (Elisa) Mulhern. Cherished grandfather of Molly, Will, Margot, Sophie, Meredith, and Carly Mulhern. Dear brother of Ed (Sue) Mulhern. All services will be private. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Worth, Illinois.
