Kathleen Naylor

Kathleen Rosalind Denise Naylor died in her home in Crestwood, Illinois on September 6, 2025. Born in Turtle Creek Pennsylvania on September 9, 1938, the youngest of 3 girls. She will be forever missed by her children, Kelly, Steven and Casey and her 3 grandchildren, Samantha, Connor and Kieran. Kate started her career as a legal secretary in Chicago, Illinois. She was the only secretary for Chateaux School for several years and worked for the Prairie Hills Elementary School District 144 until her retirement. She wanted to give special thanks to her kids and niece for her retirement gift (an Alaskan Cruise) with her late sister Darlene. She said it was the time of her life! Kate was known for being a lover of water, boats, words, art, books, music, dancing, crossword puzzles and games. She celebrated and decorated for every holiday. If she had your mailing address you probably received yearly greeting cards. She donated to several organizations. More loved than she knew and will be greatly missed. Save a dance for us Mom!

Per Kate's wishes there was no service or viewing. There will be a celebration of life on January 3, 2026. Please contact the family for more info.
