Beloved husband for 71 years of Lucille M. Kehl, nee Benson. Loving father of Carolyn (Ken) Nissen, the late Cathy Kehl, Kenneth A. Kehl, DDS (Arlene Siavelis Kehl), Cristy Kehl (Michael Bazzo, PhD), Kim (Lori) Kehl, Cheryl (Dave) Halper, and Michelle (Mark) Schmidt. Devoted grandfather of Kenneth L. Kehl, MD (Ekaterina Gladysheva Kehl, MD), Lauren (Mike) Ryba, late Mark Nissen, Kevin R. Kehl, and Kristen (Scott) Cardimen. great-grandfather of Colton and Kyleigh Ryba, Brandon K. Kehl, and Anderson Cardimen brother-in-law of the late Robert (Marlene) Benson. Fond uncle and dear friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents Dr. Sylvester and Carolyn Kehl, Audrey Kehl, and Linda Kehl. Practiced general dentistry in Chicago, Evergreen Park, and Palos Heights for over 45 years. Alumni of Notre Dame University and Loyola University School of Dentistry. Visitation on Tuesday, June 1st from 5 to 8 pm at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights, IL 60463. Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, June 2nd, 12:00 p.m. for Mass at Incarnation Catholic Church, 5757 West 127th Street, Crestwood, IL 60418. Followed by Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 West 111th Street, Worth, IL 60482.
