Lenore A. Doyle

Lenore Ann Doyle of Chesterton, Indiana passed away after a long illness on June 4th, 2023.

Lenore was born in Chicago to William F Doyle and Rosemary L Doyle (nee Walsh). Lenore graduated from St Bede High School and attended Moraine Valley Community College shortly thereafter. After graduating Moraine Valley Community College she started her decades long career as an ultrasound technician. 

In 1976 she married her husband Michael, and had two sons, Kevin (born 1982) and Michael (born 1985).

She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also a proud south side Chicagoan, and shared her love of south side sports with her family. A lifelong Democrat, she worked tirelessly within the community for the betterment of everyone she interacted with. In her free time she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. 

Lenore was preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband Michael; her brothers Jimmy (husband Stephen), Kevin (daughters Claire and Eve), and Billy; her sister Rosie (husband Bill, son Colin and daughter Meghan); sons Kevin (wife Stacey) and Michael (wife Maggie); and grandchildren (Nathan, Riley, and Jack).

Memorial Visitation Monday, June 12th from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights.

Interment will be private.
