Marianne C. Thurson

Marianne Thurson died peacefully on February 21st, surrounded by her family. She was 94 years of age. Marianne was born January 18, 1930, in Chicago, IL, oldest child of Harold and Veronica Adams.

She lived a full and engaging life, being an avid bridge player, golfer, enjoyed cooking, visiting her daughters and grandchildren.

Marianne was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard Thurson, sisters; Jacqueline Schultz, June Adams Clark, and brothers; Harold, William and Robert Adams. 

Marianne is survived by her daughters; Therese Waldrop, Joan Stetler, Christine (Harvey) Ely, Sheila (John) Gilligan, Donna (Larry McInerney) Thurson and 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and her sisters; Donna & Pamela Adams.

Family & Friends will gather Saturday, February 24th at Saint Alexander Church, 7025 W. 126th Street, Palos Heights, Mass 11:30 a.m.

Interment will be private.
