Mary Adele Foskett, nee Wollenberg, died on October 30th, 2025. Mary was the beloved wife of the late James G. Foskett, devoted mother of James E. Foskett (Janet Tadey), and cherished grandmother of Thea Adele. Mary was the dear sister of the late Edward Wollenberg and sister-in-law of the late Donna Wollenberg and Carolyn Mahoney (Terence). Loving daughter of Margaret and Edward Wollenberg. Beloved aunt of Lisa Suffield, Margaret Delaplane, Edward Wollenberg, Daniel Wollenberg, and Tom Wollenberg.

Mary was in the first class to go all four years through the new Mother McAuley High School. She graduated from Mundelein College with a degree in education and history. She received a Master’s Degree in Education from Loyola University.

Mary taught for 45 years at Palos Heights School District 128. While at her beloved St. Alexander Parish, she faithfully served as a Eucharistic Minister, Grief Ministry, Minister of Care, School Board, and was on the Parish Council. She also volunteered at Palos Community Hospital for 14 years.

Mary loved bridge and met so many wonderful friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to The American Cancer Society or  Big Run Wolf Ranch, Inc. would also be appreciated.
