Beloved husband of Mary (nee Lyons).
Devoted father of Michael (Katie) Mathis & Marcia (Edgar) Sarmiento.
Loving grandfather of Kai, Jonas, Michael & Amanda.
Dear brother of Richard (Rosemary) Mathis & the late William, Sandra & Tony.
Survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
Michael worked many years with the Cook County Sheriff's Police Department and was a WGN traffic reporter.
Visitation Thursday, July 20th from 3 until 9 p.m.
Chapel prayers Friday, July 21st, 10 a.m. at the Kerry Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights proceeding to Incarnation Church, 5757 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights, Mass 11 a.m.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
