Devoted son of Emily (nee Grencik) & the late Norbert Putlak Sr. Dear brother of Kathy (Larry) Schoudel & Tim (Sue) Putlak Sr. Fond son-in-law of Angela & the late Edward Amberg and brother-in-law of the late Roseanne (late John) Jones, Bob (Sharon) Amberg & Linda (John) Helmke. Kind uncle of many nieces & nephews. Visitation Sunday, December 18th from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Chapel prayers Monday, December 19th, 9:30 a.m. at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights proceeding to Saint Alexander Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
