Rita Mae Mackin

Rita Mae was the beloved wife of Michael Mackin and the devoted mother of Joseph (Mary Kate) Mackin. She found her greatest joy in being a mother and later a proud grandmother to her cherished grandson, Jack.

Born to the late Harold and Margaret Martens, Rita was raised with strong family values that carried throughout her life. She was the loving sister of Jacqueline (late Kevin) Szulczewski and Carolyn (George) Tackes. Rita was also a dear aunt to James, Robert (Jerrielynn), Sara (Robert), and Jill, as well as a wonderful friend and cousin to many.

Rita’s life revolved around her family and friends, who will remember her warmth, her kindness, and her unwavering love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her. Her legacy is one of love, kindness, and a deep commitment to her family.
