Rosemary Riordan (nee Cicero) of a suburb of Chicago passed away on Monday, March 13th, 2023. She was the beloved daughter of the late; Phillip and Frances Cicero
Rosemary was born in Chicago and was the third child of seven siblings. She was preceded in death by her sister Joan (Joseph) Rubino, sister Phyllis (William Miarka) Kishkunas, brother Steve Cicero, sister Frances Bobich. She is survived by her sister Victoria (William West) Cicero, brother William (Florence) Cicero, brother-in-law Robert Bobich.
Rosemary was the loving mother of five children. She was preceded in death by her two daughters; Sandra and Joy. She was survived by her daughter Beverlee (John) Viggiano, son Tony(significant other Karen Gavras)Riordan, and James Riordan.
Rosemary was the proud grandmother of four; Donald Viggiano, Frank (Sandra) Viggiano, Stephanie (Nicholas) Blidy and the late Christopher Viggiano, Sr. Great Grandmother of six; Michael (Tiffany Adams) Viggiano, Rose, Nathaniel, Harley Joy Viggiano-Roman, Christopher Jr., and Hudson Viggiano. Great-great Grandmother of Trent Viggiano. Rosemary was a special Aunt and Great Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Rosemary was retired from the medical field after 35 plus years wrapping up her career working for Dr. K. Parvathaneni as his office secretary.
Rosemary was a part of a very special group of six gals who were dear friends of over 55 years. Surviving member Patricia Jank.
Rosemary spent her time traveling, attending shows, shopping and enjoying dinners out with friends. She was full of wisdom, loved to tell stories and share pictures of her family with everyone. She also spoiled all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren whenever she saw them.
She will be greatly missed by her brother and sister, her children, great-grandchildren, and friends. She was the best mom in the whole world.
