She absolutely loved being a grandma, and some of her greatest joy came from her grandchildren. They could always count on her weekly phone calls, and it wasn’t unusual to receive an unexpected envelope in the mail filled with newspaper clippings, articles, or little things she thought they would enjoy. She was devoted to hosting family gatherings, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, creating traditions and memories that will be cherished for years to come. She loved spending time at Paw Paw Lake with friends and her grandkids. And if there was an opportunity for a little fun at the casino, she was always ready to go. Her warmth, generosity, and playful spirit brought people together and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
