Beloved husband of the late Felicia “Fish”; devoted partner of Mary Jo Harper of Palos Park. Loving father of Michele Burbatt (William), Suzanne Vaughan (Kevin), Jeanmarie (Rick Mahoney), Christine Nagelhout (Douglas), and Nicole Mendez (Carlos). Adoring Papa of Jennifer Johnson (Jordan), Elizabeth, William III, Daniel, Kelly, Brandon, Caitlin, Rebecca, Jessica, Jason, Kelcie, Emma, Sophia, Charlie, and Gabi, proud great-grandfather of Chloe. Predeceased by brother John (Anna); and brother-in-law Jack Hummel (Charlene). Treasured uncle of Daniel (Kathy), Martin (Beth), and Timothy (Nadine) and great-uncle of Eight. Memorial Visitation Friday, July 22nd from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights. Family & Friends will gather Saturday, July 23rd for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Christina Catholic Church, 11005 S. Homan Ave, Chicago, 11:30 a.m. Inurnment will be private.
