Adam, Our most heartfelt sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your father. Keeping you and your family in our prayers.
Always had this image of a great woman even if I had never met her. I was a student with her husband, Gene and choose pediatrics. I worked with BirthRight in Cincinnati and St Louis for many years.
My condolences but my admiration.
Bill Keenan
What a great wife, mother, grandmother and Christian! My condolences to Eugene, Sean (who I went to Medical School with and Pediatric Residency), Sheila (worked with in Pediatrics at LUMC), and all the Diamonds. May God comfort you in these trying times.
Rosemary was an amazing lady who contributed so much to our world. Sending prayers to the entire family!
Sincerely,
Barbara Carroll
What a gracious friend who never said no to anyone and was first in line to always assist others.
I will miss you my longtime friend. We shared wonderful adventures and exploits! You will be greatly missed and when my birthday arrives on the 27th this month I will know you are preparing for your birthday celebration on the 28th!
Love you Reta. And I will be praying to you!
I had the honor of meeting Reta because her grandson Jackson and my son Jack met at preschool and now 4 years later continue to be the best of friends. Reta Always had a smile on her face and just adored her family to pieces. I got to chat a little with her while waiting for kindergarten assessments and know she was a woman of faith also. She is now in the arms of Jesus. I pray for peace and comfort to her family at this hard time and am so blessed to have met her.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this difficult time. May your grief and sadness be tempered by the realization that your Mom and Dad are reunited in God’s Kingdom.
My English teacher at Chicago Vocational HS. Such an awesome woman. RIP. Condolences to the family. C/O 90
We knew Barbara here at my podiatry office in Mt. Greenwood. She was a lovely lady and both Janie and I enjoyed her company. We are sorry for your loss of such a nice person. I can tell she was a great teacher as well.

There are no words to express the giant hole that Eileen left. Our hearts are with Steve, Jaclyn, Jennifer and Jeanie. Eileen fought a hard battle and will be missed greatly. Her loving light will always live on in our hearts.
Eileen & I met in the 4th grade...we were childhood friends in grammar school, high school, roomies in college, Mom pals...on & on.
So many memories...oh, the fun & adventures we had!!...
I am heartbroken & will miss her terribly. This is the Eileen I knew & loved:
Razor sharp wit....
Playful, mischievous
Always honest & real
Discerning of quality
A brave warrior
Never did things halfway...always gave her best
Salty & sweet
Baked from her heart
Queen of the 🎂 cakes ...
And all things savory
Soft on the inside
Tough in the middle
Beautiful & sparkly on the outside
A fun-loving child at ❤️ heart
She had the eye of an artist
An appreciation of the aesthete
A clean, perfect style 2nd to none.....
She was so special... indeed
She loved & lived for her family & her home
I was blessed to have had her as a dear friend for all these years....I will always hold her in my heart. 💖
May she rest in Peace & in Love.
Love & Prayers to Steve, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Jeannie & her Family....
Deepest condolences Steve, Jennifer, and Jaclyn on your lose. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Eileen fought so bravely and was so lucky to have such strong family support. Such a beautiful life to be gone too soon. Deepest sympathies to the Rizzo, Uchiyama, and Yoshimura families on the loss of your beloved wife, mother, daughter, and niece.
Our hearts pour out to Steve, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Jeanie, the Rizzo and Yoshimura familes. Eileen's smile could light up a room and her sense of humor was like no other. May she rest in peace.
With our deepest sympathy and love.
Our deepest condolences for Jeanie and all of her families at this difficult time. Gloria and I are thinking of you. We admire all of the support Eileen received from all her families. She was courageous as everybody else was. Keep strong, hand in there, we are always thinking of you!
We want to express our deepest sympathy to you, Steve, and to Jennifer and Jaclyn and the rest of your family. When our girls were little, we enjoyed so many times together at MOPS and at the library story times as well as countless play dates and parties. We are so thankful that God allowed us to meet. We will be praying for each one of you. God loves you so very much and He wants you to trust Him to carry you through this most difficult time and all throughout each day of life. Psalm 29:11 says, "I (God) will give strength unto My people; I will bless My people with peace." He is faithful and true; He always keeps His promises. With love and prayers, Warren, Pam, Bronwyn and Aliyah
Thank you, Eileen, for being my partner in crime through all the ups and downs of college, dating, marriage, parenting, and all things adulting. We've shared so many laughs as well as tears and I will treasure all the memories! I know my mom welcomed you with open arms and the two of you have already shared some giggles. This is not goodbye ... it's see you later! Love you, Kimmie ❤️
We are truly sorry for your loss. Eileen was a wonderful person. Our deepest sympathies go out to you, Jennifer and Jaclyn.
Jeanie, our deepest condolences to you and your family. We are saddened to hear of Eileen’s passing. Although we only knew her for a short time, her courageous fight against pancreatic cancer allowed you and your family to be there and support her.
We wish we could be with you in Chicago as you celebrate the life of Eileen. Our thoughts are with Jeanie and your family during this difficult and sorrowful time. We hold family memories dear at this time of your loss.
I remember meeting Eileen for the first time when she was seven years old. She was so cute, and she grew into a beautiful woman. What a valiant fight she led. What a heartbreaking loss. With deepest sympathy to Jeanie, the Rizzos and the extended family.
I had the privilege to attend the visitation and service for my cousin Eileen. It was wonderful to see the love and support shown to Steve, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Jeanie and family, which adds to my fond memories of Eileen. Thank you very much. Love, Cousin Eddie
I'm so sorry and absolutely heartbroken to hear about Eileen. She was one of my best and first friends I made when I came to Chicago in 1986. She was such a fun and unique individual. My heart goes out to Steve and the girls and also to Jeanie. I'm so sorry for your loss.
